  • Foxtail weeds, 10th July
The grass on the junction really needs cutting again. I say grass but it’s all just foxtail grass which is extremely dangerous for dogs, there’s been several reports of dogs having these go through their paws. Please can you keep on top of cutting these down?

  • Scruffy planters - need attention, 8th July
These planters to stop vehicles going up New Street are shocking. I hope they won’t be passed in Britain in Bloom judging. 😳I’m not sure they’ve had any attention since they were installed? I’m sure the Town Council could plant them up nicely? Photo is from November 2024. They don’t look like this now.

  • Hedge overhanging pavement on Kingsland Road between Burrs Field and brook, 3rd July
Hedge stops people walking on the pavement. It is not safe to walk on the road on a bend at the bottom of the hill. There is no pavement on the other side of the road that can be used as an alternative.
