FixMyStreet for Radbrook

The latest problems for Shropshire Council within Radbrook ward reported by users
  • Drains blocked causing flooding & footpath overgrown, 19th February
Drains have been blocked all winter and the grass verges are encroaching onto the pavement making it dangerous in places especially at night and given the speed of traffic on this road after the 40 sign ends.

  • Drain blocked, 18th February
Please unblock this drain. It is blocked and lots of water runs down the hill when raining.

  • Ill -fitting ironwork, 15th February
The manhole cover reported loose recently is a very long standing problem at this location. I fail to understand how Shropshire Council can state that there is 'no action required' when surely they are responsible for the highway at this location by now? It has to be said that they have been collecting Council Tax from residents, including those disturbed by the constant noise from this ironwork, for many, many years - surely some of that revenue should be spent on the highway here? The local Councillors would very much like to hear an explanation - I will not include our email addresses as experience suggests they will be promptly removed from FixMyStreet, action that is far swifter than that to real problems reported here.

This car has been dumped here for over 6 months, it now has no tax, mot or insurance on it.
